I'm Beth Kukla — business strategist, operations leader, PMP-certified project manager, chief officer, and founder.
I founded Ceridwen Business Solutions in 2014 after spending more than a decade leading operations, managing cross-functional teams, and helping organizations navigate growth. Throughout my career, I've been responsible for turning strategy into execution — building systems, improving performance, and creating the operational foundations that allow businesses to scale.
As Vice President of Sales & Operations at JoyLabz / Makey Makey, I helped drive consistent year-over-year revenue growth while expanding international distribution and supporting the evolution of a niche maker product into a globally recognized STEM education brand.
From consumer products and education technology to startups and nonprofits, I've worked across organizations facing the same challenge: growth creates complexity. My work focuses on helping leaders simplify that complexity and build organizations that can grow without breaking.
Today, I also serve as President, COO, and Co-Founder of Cora Nexus AI, where we're building tools that help organizations increase conversion and revenue. That experience gives me a practical perspective on technology adoption and AI implementation — focused on business outcomes, not hype.
